By booking a session with Ring Ring Meow, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms.

Nature of the Service

Animal communication sessions are intuitive and interpretive in nature. Information shared is based on subjective perception and symbolic impressions. Results, insights, or messages are not guaranteed and may be interpreted differently by each client. This service is offered for personal insight and reflection.

Entertainment Purposes Only

Sessions are provided for entertainment and personal insight purposes only. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, prevent, or cure any medical, behavioral, or psychological condition.

Not a Substitute for Professional Care

Animal communication sessions are not a replacement for veterinary care, behavioral training, professional animal services, or emergency intervention. Clients are responsible for seeking licensed veterinary, behavioral, or medical professionals when appropriate.

Client Responsibility

All decisions and actions taken following a session are the sole responsibility of the client. Ring Ring Meow is not responsible for outcomes resulting from how session information is interpreted or applied.

No Emergency Use

Sessions are not suitable for urgent or emergency situations. If an animal is injured, ill, distressed, or unsafe, immediate professional or emergency care should be sought.

Eligibility and Consent

By booking, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and are the legal guardian of the animal, or have explicit permission from the legal guardian to request a session. For animals who have passed, you confirm a meaningful relationship and personal intent to connect.

Emotional Content

Sessions may include emotionally sensitive topics such as illness, behavioral challenges, transitions, or end-of-life themes. By booking, you acknowledge that emotional responses may arise and accept responsibility for your own emotional well-being.

Scope of Session

Each session applies to one animal unless otherwise specified. Sessions include a defined number of questions and a written report delivered within the stated timeframe. Additional questions or requests outside the agreed scope may not be addressed.

Scheduling and Delivery

Delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees. Delays caused by incomplete client information or scheduling conflicts may affect timing.

Refunds, Cancellations, and Rescheduling

All sales are final once a session has been completed. Rescheduling requests must be made within the stated policy timeframe. Missed sessions or failure to provide required information may result in forfeiture without refund.

Intellectual Property

All written reports and session materials remain the intellectual property of Ring Ring Meow. Content may not be reproduced, distributed, published, or used commercially without written permission. Personal sharing is permitted.

Testimonials and Feedback

Clients may be invited to provide feedback or testimonials. No identifying information will be shared publicly without explicit consent.

Privacy

Client information, animal details, and session materials are kept private and are not sold or shared with third parties, except as required by law.

Limitation of Liability

Liability for any claim arising from a session is limited to the amount paid for that session. Ring Ring Meow is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the applicable jurisdiction in which Ring Ring Meow operates.
